On the way home from D.C., we stopped in Rancocas, NJ, where the grandparents of my great-grandma grew up. Charles Sreeve Peterson was a grown man when he left the area and moved to Nauvoo, Illinois in 1843. This blacksmith shop in this tiny little town was built around 1833 and was possibly the blacksmith shop Charles used. Btw, this is my 6 year old cousin from Alaska, beautiful Eliana.  Posted by Hello

My name is Michael John Peterson. I am a descendent of Charles Sreeve Peterson. I currently live in Frankfort, Indiana and am the 1st counselor in our branch presidency. I have never attempted to look up Charles Sreeve on the internet until today. I am thrilled to know that there are more of us - and still connected to the church.
